The Lever One-Leg Extension is a strength training exercise targeting the quadriceps. It involves extending one leg at a time, focusing on isolating the quad muscle for enhanced muscle definition and strength. How to do it
- Adjust the machine to fit your height and sit with your back against the pad.
- Place one ankle under the padded lever, keeping your other foot flat on the ground.
- Extend your leg fully, squeezing the quadriceps at the top of the movement.
- Lower the lever back to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps before switching legs.
