The Suspender Squat Jump is an advanced lower body exercise that combines the squat and jump for explosive power and strength. It enhances leg power, coordination, and overall body stability while engaging multiple muscle groups.

How to do it

  1. Attach the suspension trainer securely overhead.
  2. Stand facing the anchor point, holding the handles with both hands.
  3. Lower into a squat position, keeping your back straight and knees behind your toes.
  4. Explode upward into a jump, using the suspension for balance.
  5. Land softly into the squat position and repeat.
