The sled hack squat is a lower body exercise that targets the quadriceps. It involves pushing a weighted sled with your feet while your back is supported against a pad. This exercise effectively builds strength and muscle mass in the legs, emphasizing thighs and improving core stability.

How to do it

  1. Position your shoulders under the pads and back against the support.
  2. Place your feet shoulder-width apart on the sled platform.
  3. Unlock the sled safety and lower the sled by bending your knees.
  4. Descend until your thighs are parallel to the platform.
  5. Push the sled back up by extending your legs fully.
