How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, toes pointed slightly out.
  2. Lower into a squat position, keeping your back straight and chest up.
  3. Explode upwards into a jump, driving through your heels.
  4. Land softly on the balls of your feet and immediately descend into the next squat.
  5. Repeat the movement for the desired number of reps.
