The single-leg stand on a Bosu Ball is a balance exercise targeting core stability and leg strength. It engages muscles to maintain balance on an unstable surface, enhancing coordination and improving proprioception.

How to do it

  1. Stand on a Bosu Ball with one foot, keeping your body upright.
  2. Maintain balance by engaging your core and looking straight ahead.
  3. Hold the position for 30 seconds to a minute, then switch legs.
  4. Keep the supporting knee slightly bent to avoid locking it.
  5. Ensure the raised leg is slightly lifted off the ball without touching it.
