How to do it

  1. Stand sideways next to a bench with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Bend your knees slightly and jump laterally onto the bench.
  3. Land softly on both feet, maintaining balance.
  4. Step or jump down carefully to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
