How to do it
- Position yourself on the Glute-Ham Developer machine with your hips over the pad.
- Secure your feet between the foot pads and maintain a straight line from head to heels.
- Keeping your back straight, slowly lower your torso towards the ground by hinging at the hips.
- Engage your glutes and hamstrings to return to the starting position, keeping the movement controlled.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
