The Lever Standing Hip Extension exercise targets the gluteal muscles, enhancing strength and stability in the hips. It involves extending the hip by pushing against resistance, maintaining proper body alignment.

How to do it

  1. Position yourself on the leverage machine with your forearms resting on the pad.
  2. Place one foot on the resistance plate behind you.
  3. Extend your hip by pushing the foot backward, keeping your torso stable.
  4. Slowly return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching legs.
