How to do it
- Position yourself on the leverage machine with your forearms resting on the pad.
- Place one foot on the resistance plate behind you.
- Extend your hip by pushing the foot backward, keeping your torso stable.
- Slowly return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching legs.
