Side Jump Twist is a dynamic exercise that combines lateral movement with rotational torso engagement. It enhances cardiovascular fitness, agility, and core stability. The exercise primarily targets the legs and core, improving coordination and balance.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms at your sides.
  2. Jump sideways to the right, twisting your torso to the left.
  3. Land softly on your right foot and immediately jump to the left, twisting your torso to the right.
  4. Alternate jumps side to side while maintaining core stability.
  5. Repeat for the desired duration, focusing on smooth, controlled movements.
