How to do it
- Start by securing a resistance band around your ankle and holding the other end with your hands.
- Lie face down on the ground with your head resting on your arms.
- Gently pull on the band, bringing your heel towards your glutes.
- Hold the stretch for the designated time, feeling the stretch in your hip flexors and quadriceps.
- Slowly release and repeat on the other leg.
