The Cobra Push-Up combines a traditional push-up with an upward dog yoga pose, promoting strength and flexibility. It primarily strengthens the chest and triceps while enhancing core and back stability.

How to do it

  1. Start in a push-up position with hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
  2. Lower your body towards the ground by bending your elbows.
  3. Press up, extending your arms and arching your back, lifting your chest forward and upward.
  4. Hold the arch for a moment, feeling the stretch in the back.
  5. Return to the starting position and repeat.
