The Spider Crawl Push-Up is a dynamic exercise that combines the traditional push-up with a crawling motion, enhancing core stability and upper body strength. It particularly targets the chest, shoulders, and triceps while engaging the core and lower body muscles for balance and support.
How to do it
- Start in a high plank position with hands shoulder-width apart.
- Lower your body into a push-up while simultaneously bringing one knee towards the same-side elbow.
- Return to starting position and repeat on the opposite side, alternating legs with each push-up.
