The Weighted Round Arm exercise involves standing with feet shoulder-width apart and holding a weight plate with both hands. This exercise primarily targets the shoulder muscles and helps in improving shoulder strength and mobility.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a weight plate in front with arms extended.
- Engage your core and keep your back straight throughout the movement.
- Lift the plate in a circular motion in front of the body, moving from side to side.
- Make sure to keep the arms straight and shoulders engaged.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
