The Weighted Round Arm exercise involves standing with feet shoulder-width apart and holding a weight plate with both hands. This exercise primarily targets the shoulder muscles and helps in improving shoulder strength and mobility.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a weight plate in front with arms extended.
  2. Engage your core and keep your back straight throughout the movement.
  3. Lift the plate in a circular motion in front of the body, moving from side to side.
  4. Make sure to keep the arms straight and shoulders engaged.
  5. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
