The Suspender Self Assisted Chest Dip is a strength exercise targeting the chest and triceps using a suspension setup. This exercise builds upper body strength, focusing on the pectoral muscles, triceps, and shoulders while engaging the core for stabilization.

How to do it

  1. Adjust suspension straps to a suitable height.
  2. Stand on tiptoes, gripping handles with elbows bent.
  3. Lower body by bending elbows, keeping shoulders engaged and core tight.
  4. Dip down until arms are parallel to the ground.
  5. Press back up to starting position, maintaining control.
