The Cable High Pulley Overhead Triceps Extension targets the triceps by allowing for a full stretch and contraction. This exercise is effective for building arm strength and muscle definition by isolating the triceps muscles with controlled movements.
How to do it
- Attach a rope to a high pulley and grasp it with both hands.
- Stand facing away from the machine, with one foot in front of the other for stability.
- Bend slightly at the hips and keep your elbows close to your head.
- Extend your arms forward, fully extending the elbows.
- Slowly return to the starting position, keeping tension on the triceps.
