The Cable High Pulley Overhead Triceps Extension targets the triceps by allowing for a full stretch and contraction. This exercise is effective for building arm strength and muscle definition by isolating the triceps muscles with controlled movements.

How to do it

  1. Attach a rope to a high pulley and grasp it with both hands.
  2. Stand facing away from the machine, with one foot in front of the other for stability.
  3. Bend slightly at the hips and keep your elbows close to your head.
  4. Extend your arms forward, fully extending the elbows.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position, keeping tension on the triceps.
