How to do it

  1. Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat.
  2. Place your hands slightly behind you with fingers pointing forward.
  3. Lift your hips off the floor by extending your elbows.
  4. Lower your body by bending your elbows without touching the floor.
  5. Push through your palms to return to the starting position.
