How to do it

  1. Stand facing a wall with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a medicine ball at chest height.
  2. Engage your core and bend your knees slightly.
  3. Explosively push the medicine ball towards the wall using your chest and arms.
  4. Catch the ball as it bounces back, absorbing the force by bending your elbows.
  5. Repeat the movement continuously for the desired number of reps.
