The Medicine Ball Push-Up is an advanced variation of the traditional push-up, enhancing balance, core stability, and upper body strength. It challenges the chest, triceps, and shoulders while increasing core stabilization due to the instability of the ball.

How to do it

  1. Place your hands on a medicine ball and extend your legs behind you.
  2. Keep your body straight from head to heels.
  3. Lower your chest towards the ball by bending your elbows.
  4. Push back up to the starting position by straightening your arms.
  5. Maintain a tight core throughout the movement.
