How to do it
- Place your hands on a medicine ball and extend your legs behind you.
- Keep your body straight from head to heels.
- Lower your chest towards the ball by bending your elbows.
- Push back up to the starting position by straightening your arms.
- Maintain a tight core throughout the movement.
