How to do it

  1. Place your feet on a bench and hands on the ground, forming a diamond shape with your fingers.
  2. Extend your hips upward, creating an inverted V position with your body.
  3. Lower your head towards the ground, keeping the elbows pointing outward.
  4. Press back up to the starting position by extending your arms.
  5. Maintain a stable core and proper form throughout the exercise.
