How to do it
- Stand upright holding a dumbbell in one hand with an overhand grip.
- Keep your core engaged and feet shoulder-width apart.
- Raise the dumbbell across your chest in an arc, keeping a slight bend in your elbow.
- Control the movement as you bring the dumbbell back to the start position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps, then switch sides.
