The Dumbbell One-Arm Low Fly is an isolation exercise that primarily targets the chest muscles. This move enhances chest development and balance by focusing on one side at a time, providing a challenge to your balance and core stabilization.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright holding a dumbbell in one hand with an overhand grip.
  2. Keep your core engaged and feet shoulder-width apart.
  3. Raise the dumbbell across your chest in an arc, keeping a slight bend in your elbow.
  4. Control the movement as you bring the dumbbell back to the start position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps, then switch sides.
