The incline close-grip press is a chest exercise that also targets the triceps. By using a narrow grip on dumbbells while on an incline bench, this movement emphasizes the upper chest and increases arm engagement. It's effective for building muscle definition and strength in the upper body.

How to do it

  1. Lie on an incline bench, holding a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing each other.
  2. Position dumbbells together directly over your chest with arms extended.
  3. Lower the dumbbells towards your chest, keeping elbows close to your sides.
  4. Press the dumbbells back up by extending your arms to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining good form.
