Gym Exercise Card
Equipment
The kneeling decline push-up is a variation of the push-up that emphasizes the upper chest and shoulders. By elevating the lower body on a bench, this exercise increases the difficulty and engages the chest from a different angle, providing a challenging workout for the upper body.
How to do it
- Place your knees on the ground and your feet on a bench behind you.
- Position your hands shoulder-width apart on the floor, arms extended.
- Lower your body by bending your elbows until your chest nearly touches the ground.
- Pause briefly, then push through your palms to return to the starting position.
- Maintain a straight line from head to knees throughout the movement.
