Gym Exercise Card
Equipment
The Dumbbell Larsen Press is a bench exercise that enhances upper body strength by focusing on the chest and triceps while engaging the core for stability. It combines the benefits of a bench press with the emphasis on keeping the legs slightly elevated, reducing lower body drive to target the upper body.
How to do it
- Lie flat on a bench, holding dumbbells with arms extended directly above the chest.
- Engage your core and lift your feet slightly off the ground, keeping legs straight.
- Lower the dumbbells slowly to chest level with controlled movement.
- Press the dumbbells back up to the starting position, maintaining balance.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
