The Double Pulse Elbow Fly is an upper body exercise that emphasizes flexibility and strength in the shoulders and chest. It helps to enhance shoulder mobility and chest muscle activation. The movement involves pulsing motions that increase shoulder engagement.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Place your hands behind your head with elbows bent and pointing to the sides.
  3. Bring your elbows forward to touch or nearly touch in front of your face.
  4. Pulse twice by briefly moving your elbows closer, then slightly separating them.
  5. Return elbows to the starting position and repeat.
