How to do it
- Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Place your hands behind your head with elbows bent and pointing to the sides.
- Bring your elbows forward to touch or nearly touch in front of your face.
- Pulse twice by briefly moving your elbows closer, then slightly separating them.
- Return elbows to the starting position and repeat.
