Equipment
The Seated Leaning Back Stretch is a rejuvenating exercise that enhances shoulder flexibility and alleviates tension. Sitting comfortably on a plyo box, this stretch allows you to open up your chest and elongate the spine, promoting better posture and relaxation.
How to do it
- Sit comfortably on a plyo box with your back straight and feet flat on the ground.
- Bring your arms in front of you, keeping your elbows bent and forearms parallel.
- Inhale deeply, then open your arms wide from the shoulders, pressing them back to feel a deep stretch across the chest and shoulders.
