The Seated Leaning Back Stretch is a rejuvenating exercise that enhances shoulder flexibility and alleviates tension. Sitting comfortably on a plyo box, this stretch allows you to open up your chest and elongate the spine, promoting better posture and relaxation.

How to do it

  1. Sit comfortably on a plyo box with your back straight and feet flat on the ground.
  2. Bring your arms in front of you, keeping your elbows bent and forearms parallel.
  3. Inhale deeply, then open your arms wide from the shoulders, pressing them back to feel a deep stretch across the chest and shoulders.
