The Hands Release Push-Up is a variation of the standard push-up, emphasizing full range of motion and chest activation. This exercise enhances chest, shoulder, and arm strength while improving core stabilization.
How to do it
- Start in a plank position with hands under shoulders.
- Lower your body to the ground until your chest touches the floor.
- Release your hands briefly at the bottom, then place them back.
- Push through your palms to return to the starting position.
