The Hands Release Push-Up is a variation of the standard push-up, emphasizing full range of motion and chest activation. This exercise enhances chest, shoulder, and arm strength while improving core stabilization.

How to do it

  1. Start in a plank position with hands under shoulders.
  2. Lower your body to the ground until your chest touches the floor.
  3. Release your hands briefly at the bottom, then place them back.
  4. Push through your palms to return to the starting position.
