How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, kettlebell between feet.
  2. Hinge at the hips, keep back straight, and grasp the kettlebell.
  3. Drive through heels to stand up straight, keeping core engaged.
  4. Reverse the movement, lowering the kettlebell back to the ground.
  5. Repeat for desired reps, maintaining form.
