How to do it
- Secure your legs under the padded holder on the vertical bench.
- Lie back with your arms crossed over your chest or placed behind your head.
- Engage your core and lift your upper body toward your knees, keeping your back straight.
- Hold the position briefly at the top, then lower back down slowly.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
