The Exercise Ball Body Saw is a core-stabilizing exercise that challenges the abdominal muscles. By using an unstable surface such as a balance ball, it intensifies the workout, enhancing core strength and stability.

How to do it

  1. Start in a forearm plank position with your forearms on a balance ball.
  2. Align your body straight from head to heels, engaging your core.
  3. Gently rock your body forward, shifting your shoulders over the ball.
  4. Rock backward to the starting position, keeping your core tight.
  5. Repeat the motion for the desired number of repetitions.
