How to do it
- Sit down with legs crossed and back straight.
- Extend arms out to the sides, parallel to the ground.
- Twist your torso to the right, keeping arms in line with shoulders.
- Hold the twist for a few breaths, engaging core muscles.
- Return to center and repeat on the other side.
