How to do it

  1. Sit down with legs crossed and back straight.
  2. Extend arms out to the sides, parallel to the ground.
  3. Twist your torso to the right, keeping arms in line with shoulders.
  4. Hold the twist for a few breaths, engaging core muscles.
  5. Return to center and repeat on the other side.
