The Dumbbell Straight Arm Twisting Sit-Up combines a sit-up with a rotational movement, targeting the abdominal muscles while enhancing core stability and strength. This exercise is effective in building core endurance and improving rotational power.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
  2. Hold a dumbbell with both hands, arms extended straight above your chest.
  3. Engage your core and sit up while twisting your torso to one side.
  4. Lower back down with control and repeat on the other side.
  5. Perform the desired number of repetitions, alternating sides.
