The Oblique V-Up on Floor is an abdominal exercise that targets the obliques and core muscles. It involves lying on your side and lifting both legs and the upper body simultaneously, providing a strong focus on the oblique muscles and enhancing core stability.
How to do it
- Lie on your side with one arm extended under your head and the other hand behind your ear.
- Keep your legs straight and stacked on top of each other.
- Engage your core and lift your legs and upper body simultaneously towards each other.
- Briefly hold the position at the top, squeezing your obliques.
- Slowly lower back to the starting position and repeat.
