The Oblique V-Up on Floor is an abdominal exercise that targets the obliques and core muscles. It involves lying on your side and lifting both legs and the upper body simultaneously, providing a strong focus on the oblique muscles and enhancing core stability.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your side with one arm extended under your head and the other hand behind your ear.
  2. Keep your legs straight and stacked on top of each other.
  3. Engage your core and lift your legs and upper body simultaneously towards each other.
  4. Briefly hold the position at the top, squeezing your obliques.
  5. Slowly lower back to the starting position and repeat.
