How to do it

  1. Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart and arms at your sides.
  2. Lift one knee towards your chest while driving the opposite arm upward.
  3. Quickly switch sides, raising the other knee and opposite arm.
  4. Continue alternating at a high intensity, maintaining core engagement.
  5. Keep a brisk pace and steady breathing throughout the exercise.
