The Lying Scissors Cross exercise targets the core and hip flexors, enhancing abdominal strength and stability. It involves alternating leg movements in a scissor-like fashion while keeping the shoulders slightly lifted off the ground.
How to do it
- Lie on your back with hands under the glutes for support.
- Lift both legs off the ground, keeping them straight and slightly apart.
- Engage your core, lift your head and shoulders slightly.
- Alternate crossing your legs over and under each other in a scissor motion.
- Continue the movement steadily without letting the legs touch the ground.
