The Front Plank to Toe Tap is a core-strengthening exercise that enhances stability and coordination. By tapping the toes, it adds a dynamic element to the standard plank, engaging the core more intensely while also working the shoulders and legs.

How to do it

  1. Start in a front plank position with hands directly under shoulders and body in a straight line.
  2. Engage your core and keep hips level while lifting one foot off the ground.
  3. Extend the lifted leg to tap the floor with your toes.
  4. Return the foot to the starting position and alternate sides.
  5. Maintain a steady and controlled motion throughout.
