How to do it
- Start in a front plank position with hands directly under shoulders and body in a straight line.
- Engage your core and keep hips level while lifting one foot off the ground.
- Extend the lifted leg to tap the floor with your toes.
- Return the foot to the starting position and alternate sides.
- Maintain a steady and controlled motion throughout.
