The Elbows-Up and Down Dynamic Plank is a core exercise that transitions between a forearm plank and a high plank. This movement enhances core stability and shoulder strength.

How to do it

  1. Start in a forearm plank position, elbows directly under shoulders.
  2. Engage your core and lift onto one hand to transition to a high plank.
  3. Lower back down to the forearm plank, alternating arms.
  4. Maintain a straight body line and keep hips steady throughout.
  5. Repeat the movement for the desired duration or repetitions.
