How to do it
- Lie on your back with legs apart and hands behind your head.
- Engage your core and lift your upper body off the ground towards a seated position.
- Simultaneously reach forward with your arms between your legs.
- Slowly lower your body back to the starting position while maintaining control.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
