How to do it
- Sit on a bench with legs extended and a dumbbell held between your feet.
- Lean back slightly, keeping your core engaged and spine straight.
- Twist your torso to one side, then the other, bringing knees toward your chest.
- Exhale as you twist and inhale as you return to the center.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
