How to do it
- Secure your feet under the bench and lie back on a decline bench.
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand and extend your arms overhead.
- Engage your core and lift your torso upward while keeping the dumbbells above your shoulders.
- Pause at the top and slowly lower your body back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
