The Dumbbell Decline Overhead Sit-Up is a core exercise that targets the abdominal muscles, enhancing strength and stability. It combines sit-ups with an overhead press, engaging both the upper and lower body, and improving overall core stability and endurance.

How to do it

  1. Secure your feet under the bench and lie back on a decline bench.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and extend your arms overhead.
  3. Engage your core and lift your torso upward while keeping the dumbbells above your shoulders.
  4. Pause at the top and slowly lower your body back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
