The Knee Touch Crunch primarily targets the abdominal muscles through a crunching motion where the knees are touched with the hands. This exercise helps in building core strength and improving abdominal definition.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
  2. Place your arms straight along your thighs.
  3. Exhale and curl your torso upward, reaching to touch your knees.
  4. Hold for a moment at the top, then slowly lower back down.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
