The Knee Touch Crunch primarily targets the abdominal muscles through a crunching motion where the knees are touched with the hands. This exercise helps in building core strength and improving abdominal definition.
How to do it
- Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
- Place your arms straight along your thighs.
- Exhale and curl your torso upward, reaching to touch your knees.
- Hold for a moment at the top, then slowly lower back down.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps.
