Jack Split Crunches are a core exercise that targets the abdominal muscles while engaging the lower body. This movement enhances core stability and strength through a dynamic motion involving a simultaneous crunch and leg extension.

How to do it

  1. Lie flat on your back with arms extended overhead and legs together.
  2. Simultaneously lift your torso and legs, keeping them straight.
  3. Reach your hands towards your feet as your body forms a V-shape.
  4. Hold the position briefly, then return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
