How to do it
- Lie flat on your back with arms extended overhead and legs together.
- Simultaneously lift your torso and legs, keeping them straight.
- Reach your hands towards your feet as your body forms a V-shape.
- Hold the position briefly, then return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
