This exercise involves leaning forward while maintaining a plank-like position, engaging the abdominals and stabilizers to keep the body aligned.
How to do it
- Grip the gymnastics rings with your palms facing down and extend your arms straight out.
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, and lean forward, keeping your body in a straight line.
- Engage your core and maintain a neutral spine as you lower your body forward.
- Hold the position briefly at the furthest extension before reversing to the start.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, ensuring controlled movements.
