The Ring Abdominal Fallout is a core-strengthening exercise that utilizes gymnastics rings to challenge and improve stability, particularly in the core muscles. This exercise involves leaning forward while maintaining a plank-like position, engaging the abdominals and stabilizers to keep the body aligned.

How to do it

  1. Grip the gymnastics rings with your palms facing down and extend your arms straight out.
  2. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, and lean forward, keeping your body in a straight line.
  3. Engage your core and maintain a neutral spine as you lower your body forward.
  4. Hold the position briefly at the furthest extension before reversing to the start.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, ensuring controlled movements.
