Floor Crunch Feet on Bench
Gym Exercise Card
Equipment
The floor crunch with feet on a bench is an effective exercise for strengthening the core. Elevating the feet increases the intensity on the rectus abdominis by reducing support and increasing the range of motion. It's excellent for improving core strength and stability.
How to do it
- Lie flat on your back and place your feet on a bench.
- Bend your knees at a 90-degree angle.
- Place your hands lightly behind your head without pulling on your neck.
- Engage your core, then lift your shoulders and upper back off the floor.
- Slowly lower back down to the starting position with control.
