How to do it
- Start in a plank position with forearms on a balance ball.
- Engage your core and slowly roll the ball forward with your forearms.
- Keep your body straight, avoiding sagging or arching.
- Roll back to the start position, maintaining control.
- Repeat for desired reps while keeping your core tight.
