How to do it
- Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat, anchored under a support.
- Perform a sit-up, engaging the core and lifting your upper body towards your knees.
- Continue the movement by driving through your legs to stand up fully.
- Reverse the motion, bending at the hips and knees to lower back to the starting position.
- Repeat for desired repetitions.
