The Fixed Feet Sit-Up Stand is a dynamic exercise combining core strength with full body activation to enhance functional movement. It involves transitioning from a sit-up to a standing position, promoting stability, strength, and balance.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat, anchored under a support.
  2. Perform a sit-up, engaging the core and lifting your upper body towards your knees.
  3. Continue the movement by driving through your legs to stand up fully.
  4. Reverse the motion, bending at the hips and knees to lower back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for desired repetitions.
