The Suspender Body Saw is an advanced core stability exercise that uses a suspension trainer to challenge the rectus abdominis and increase core strength. The movement involves controlled fore and aft sliding, engaging the core and shoulder stabilizers.

How to do it

  1. Attach your feet to the suspension trainer handles.
  2. Position yourself in a forearm plank with the body fully extended.
  3. Engage your core and slide your body backward, then forward in a controlled manner.
  4. Maintain a straight line from head to heels throughout.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
