The Suspender Body Saw is an advanced core stability exercise that uses a suspension trainer to challenge the rectus abdominis and increase core strength. The movement involves controlled fore and aft sliding, engaging the core and shoulder stabilizers.
How to do it
- Attach your feet to the suspension trainer handles.
- Position yourself in a forearm plank with the body fully extended.
- Engage your core and slide your body backward, then forward in a controlled manner.
- Maintain a straight line from head to heels throughout.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
