How to do it

  1. Begin in a front plank position with arms extended and body in a straight line.
  2. Engage your core and lift your right knee towards your left elbow.
  3. Return the right leg to the starting position and repeat with the left knee and right elbow.
  4. Continue to alternate sides, maintaining a stable plank position throughout.
