The Lying Leg Cross exercise is a dynamic movement aimed at enhancing core strength, flexibility, and hip mobility. It involves crossing one leg over the body while lying on the back, engaging the obliques and rectus abdominis as primary stabilizers and movers.

How to do it

  1. Lie flat on your back with your arms extended out to the sides for balance.
  2. Raise one leg towards the ceiling, keeping it straight.
  3. Cross the raised leg over the body, aiming to touch the opposite hand, while keeping the back flat.
  4. Return to the starting position and repeat with the other leg.
