The Dumbbell Plank Pass Through is a dynamic core exercise that enhances core stability, shoulder strength, and balance. It involves maintaining a plank position while passing a dumbbell back and forth underneath the body, challenging the obliques and overall core stability.
How to do it
- Start in a high plank position with feet hip-width apart and a dumbbell to the outside of one hand.
- Engage your core and maintain a straight line from head to heels.
- Reach under your body with the opposite hand to grab the dumbbell.
- Pass the dumbbell to the other side of your body, maintaining plank position.
- Repeat the pass through motion, alternating hands while keeping hips stable.
