The Dumbbell Plank Pass Through is a dynamic core exercise that enhances core stability, shoulder strength, and balance. It involves maintaining a plank position while passing a dumbbell back and forth underneath the body, challenging the obliques and overall core stability.

How to do it

  1. Start in a high plank position with feet hip-width apart and a dumbbell to the outside of one hand.
  2. Engage your core and maintain a straight line from head to heels.
  3. Reach under your body with the opposite hand to grab the dumbbell.
  4. Pass the dumbbell to the other side of your body, maintaining plank position.
  5. Repeat the pass through motion, alternating hands while keeping hips stable.
