The Kettlebell Turkish Get-Up is a challenging full-body exercise that improves strength, stability, and coordination. It involves a series of movements to transition from lying down to standing, keeping a kettlebell overhead throughout.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with a kettlebell in one hand, pressed upward.
  2. Bend the knee on the same side as the kettlebell and place the opposite arm on the ground.
  3. Engage your core to rise onto your elbow, then extend to your hand.
  4. Lift your hips and sweep your leg back to a kneeling position.
  5. Stand up, keeping the kettlebell overhead, then reverse the steps to return to start.
