The Kettlebell Turkish Get-Up is a challenging full-body exercise that improves strength, stability, and coordination. It involves a series of movements to transition from lying down to standing, keeping a kettlebell overhead throughout.
How to do it
- Lie on your back with a kettlebell in one hand, pressed upward.
- Bend the knee on the same side as the kettlebell and place the opposite arm on the ground.
- Engage your core to rise onto your elbow, then extend to your hand.
- Lift your hips and sweep your leg back to a kneeling position.
- Stand up, keeping the kettlebell overhead, then reverse the steps to return to start.
